With 30 years’ expertise, Daegis offers software solutions for information governance, application migration, data management and application development. This acquisition strengthens OpenText’s position in the Information Governance niche. In addition, Daegis brings with it many marquee customers, including 20 percent of the Fortune 100 companies. OpenText has stated that it is committed to nurturing these important relationships and ensuring customers continue to receive the best return on their investments, as well as welcoming Daegis employees to OpenText as they work together to advance their Enterprise Information Management offerings.
